Description:

Applications:

MBC4 construction is specially designed for pump chambers working at high pressure. A variety of seal faces and seats can be used. For liquids with particles seal set should be made of tungsten carbide (TC) or silicone carbide (SiC). MBC4 is used in pumps transporting neutral and aggressive liquids containing or not mechanical particles.

A - Graphite antimony impregnated
B - Graphite resins impregnated,
G - Stainless steel DIN 1.4571,
T - Inconel DIN 2.4856,
V - Aluminum oxide (Al2O3),
Q - Silicone carbide (SiC),
U - Tungsten carbide (TC)

3. Seal face:
A - Graphite antimony impregnated
B - Graphite resins impregnated,
G - Stainless steel DIN 1.4571,
T - Inconel DIN 2.4856,
Q - Silicone carbide (SiC),
U - Tungsten carbide (TC)

5 and 6. Metals parts: steel AISI304, AISI316

Operating conditions:

P max (max pressure): 40 bar
Temperature range: from -30 to +240°C
V max (max velocity): 20 m/s
